Ben has wide ranging experience in the European commercial and residential property markets including the sectors of fund and asset management, development, investment and letting agency and valuation. Ben has been based in Prague since 1992. In 1999 he sold his company Aston to CBRE and between 2004 and 2007 he was Head of the CEE region for Fund Manager Invesco Real Estate. In the past, Ben has worked on the acquisition and restructuring of distressed property portfolios offered by Konsolidacni Banka and other Czech banks. In response to the present economic crisis, Ben has recently been advising on restructuring of real estate funds that have extensive holdings in the CEE region. |
