Frederik Poppe has been the acquisition manager and vice chairman of the board of ČSOB Property Fund since May 2007. As acquisition manager, Frederik is responsible for the set-up and implementation of the company’s investment strategy in line with the investment policy as described in the company’s statutes, and the steering of the fund’s portfolio mix depending on market prospects. Frederik is also responsible for the identification, analysis, negotiation and closing of property acquisitions. Further, as executive director of the property companies, Frederik is partly responsible for the daily operational management of the companies including corporate matters, legal and tax issues, corporate governance, treasury and finance, valuations, budgeting and personnel. Finally, as vice chairman of the fund, he supervises the accounting, property management, finance and general management of the fund. |
