Michael Smithing creates and integrates teams, both within Colliers and with his clients. He has doubled the size of the business in Hungary, creating highly effective investment and retail teams. He has also spent considerable energy working to integrate Colliers business across Europe. Prior to becoming managing partner in Hungary, Michael focused on leasing, particularly on tenant representation. He represented numerous multinational tenants such as Oracle, EDS, Hewlett-Packard and Unisys – in each case focusing on creating an integrated team which included Colliers, local management and corporate real estate. |
