At the beginning of his career, Ondřej specialized in financial institutions and supported senior bankers who advised some of the largest banks and brokerage houses in the world. Later on, in London, he started to focus on private equity. Ondřej’s main role is to help private equity funds in acquisitions through LBOs, refinancing their investments (through bank loans or bonds) and/or exit their investments via IPOs or strategic sales. At SGRE Ondřej is responsible for overseeing day-to-day Group operations with the main focus on finance where he directly oversees the treasury, controlling and accounting departments. The most important part of his job is communicating with banks and investors - preparing and executing both project and holding financing initiatives. Ondřej also supervises the year-round Group audit procedure performed in cooperation with KPMG. He gets heavily involved in acquisitions and disposals where his main input concerns transaction tax and legal structuring. Finally, he is overseeing all aspects of SGRE holding structure administration at home and abroad. |
