Colin Waddell’s professional experience covers a wide range of valuation and investment consultancy work including development consultancy in most sectors of the property industry including office, retail, industrial, hotel and residential. As Managing Director for CB Richard Ellis in the CEE region, Colin now is now jointly responsible for overseeing CB Richard Ellis’s operations in CEE - in particular the Company’s cross border business lines and its expansion further east. Before his new regional appointment, Colin guided CB Richard Ellis in the Czech Republic within 3 years to a position where the Company is now one of the leading international real estate consultancies. During his tenure as Managing Director of Czech operations from April 2003, local revenues more than quintupled and profitability levels have multiplied by a factor of six. |
