CEDEM CEE 2010

When the current crisis began, pessimists were pointing to 2010 as the point by which the market would be recovering. As we enter the third year of this crisis, few if any can claim to have seen how deep it would be or how profound an impact it would have on the entire industry. The goal of CEDEM CEE 2010 is not to provide comfortable assurances that the crisis is drawing to a close but to map out how the CEE real estate landscape has changed. As we move into a new era for property, old strategies are being abandoned as investors, developers and consultants fight both for survival and for future market share. Taking place on Sept. 22-23 in Prague, CEDEM CEE 2010 will bring together some of the top players from the investment, finance and development sectors for two days of intensive discussions.
