David Brodersen
Vice President, Portfolio Management – Europe Heitman
David is a portfolio manager for Heitman European Property Partners III and IV. He develops and monitors strategic business plans, coordinates and oversees property acquisitions and dispositions, and directs all aspects of property level leasing and operations. He has over 20 years experience in real estate asset and portfolio management, working in Russia since 1994 and the last six years in Central and South Eastern Europe. Prior to joining Heitman, David was with GE Capital Real Estate, CEE based in Prague where he completed a €300 million joint-venture development pipeline as Development Director/Asset Management Leader. Prior to GE, David managed a pre-EU accession fund from Vienna for Landmark and previously was a Senior Director at CBRE in Moscow. David has a BS in Finance from Syracuse University, an MBA from George Mason University and professional designations from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI). David was a founding member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Russia and Central and Eastern Europe District Councils.
