Karel Doktor is the partner leading the Banking & Finance group at Wilson & Partners. During his extensive professional practice of over ten years, he has advised banks, institutional investors, investment funds and other financial institutions. Karel has wide ranging experience in all facets of real estate financing, both on the lenders’ and borrowers’ sides. Recently, Karel represented, among others, UniCredit Bank in the landmark development financing of Filadelfia and Keystone office buildings in Prague and CTP’s IQ building in Ostrava.
