Iain Fanthorpe
Director Red Group
Iain joined Red Group in 2008 and is responsible for all income producing assets within the company portfolio which currently comprises over 130,000 sqm of leasable area. Key responsibilities include devising and implementing strategies to increase revenue and asset values and determining the feasibility of asset acquisition and disposal for investors. Iain has worked in the Czech property market for over 8 years. Prior to joining Red Group, he gained extensive experience with valuation of commercial properties from his previous position as the Head of Valuation Advisory Department in property consultancy firm CB Richard Ellis.
