Patrick O’Gorman joined CB Richard Ellis in 2004, having previously worked in shopping centre management in Northern Ireland. He then moved to the central market and helped transact a variety of portfolio and individual asset sales totalling over €1.5bn. Since moving to in 2007, Patrick has been responsible for cross border investment activity within the CEE region, focusing on large asset and portfolio transactions. In 2008 Patrick successfully lead the sales of Renaissance and Kliwer office towers, as well as 3 Stawy shopping centre, totalling over €175m. In 2010, he advised on over €275m of acquisitions in Poland. In addition, Patrick has provided strategic consultancy advice throughout CEE, on properties with a total value of EUR 320 million. |
