In his professional career he has worked in top management positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM Business Consulting Services, ČSOB Leasing, a.s. and DIRECT Pojišťovna, a.s. Since 2008 he works as the Director of Finance at FINEP HOLDING, SE. Štěpán Havlas is sports-minded, enjoys travelling and spending time with his family.
