Ferdinand Hlobil

Ferdinand Hlobil is the Head of Central European Industrial Department C&W located in Prague. He joined C&W in 1995 and is a Partner of the firm. From January 2004 started to be regularly also in Warsaw and Budapest, coordinating the Central European industrial teams and the cross-border flows of developers, investors and occupiers. Ferdinand has considerable experience of the Central European property market in industrial, retail warehousing and various land acquisitions. From the year 2010 Ferdinand was also asked to help with European industrial coordination leading to industrial team expansion in Western European offices. Ferdinand has been involved in the sales, acquisitions amounting more than 2 mil sqm of various land transactions and approx 1 mil sq.m of various industrial
and retail warehouse lettings Over the last 3 years he has been also participating on the Investment sales & acquisitions amounting approx 100 mil EUR transaction values.
