Jan Hospodar joined Prague office of CB Richard Ellis in January 2008 as a Land Acquisition and Disposal Specialist and thus a new quickly developing department of CB Richard Ellis was established. Jan is currently engaged in many industrial projects focusing mostly on project acquisitions for industrial developers. He is also managing industrial site disposals. He does the site search and identifying based on client's requirements, prepares technical DD, leads negotiations up to LOI, and monitors purchase contract negotiations and permitting procedures. Before Jan joined CB Richard Ellis he worked as acquisition manager during last 8 years for Lidl, Ahold Czech Republic, Orange Real Estate
