Pavel Klimeš

Pavel Klimeš is the current COO at the CB Richard Ellis Property Management team. Pavel was the former COO of Euro Mall Centre Management (EMCM) a company that specialized in managing shopping centres in several countries in the CEE region. During his ten years at Euro Mall Centre Management, he had helped build the company to a strong position on the market. AT EMCM, Pavel was responsible for the operational and marketing part in all projects. Pavel has a deep retail and economic knowledge which he has used for solving various problems in all aspects of the business. Pavel studied at the University of Economics in Prague where he obtained a Diploma in Foreign Trade.
