Kamil Kosman is a board member of the Association for the Development Real Estate Market Development, a Czech civil association made up of prominent players on the local property market. He was in charge of real estate lending at Ceská sporitelna for many years, where he managed a wide range of lending and investment transactions around CEE. He was also Head of Erste Group Real Estate from 2007 – 2009.
