Filip Kozák has been leading the Industrial Agency of CB Richard Ellis in the Czech Republic since July 2008. He advises clients on leasing or acquisition of industrial properties in the whole of the Czech Republic. Clients predominantly consist of occupiers searching for new industrial/logistical premises, corporate clients who retain CBRE as their property advisors as well as landlords/owners of industrial space in the Czech Republic. Filip Kozák has been directly responsible for advising on more than 20 transactions totalling more than 175,000 m2 of leased or acquired space in the last 3 years.
