A qualified lawyer, Michael Kröger has more than twenty years experience in commercial real estate financing. At professional posts in Munich, Paris, Berlin and Frankfurt he was responsible for origination, credit management and business development in various European markets. Now based in Frankfurt, Kröger is heading Helaba’s International Real Estate Financing. The Bank currently manages a loan book in commercial real estate totaling appr. EUR 35 bn, half of that representing international activities (Europe and US). Helaba’s strategy remained unchanged during the crisis and is consistently directed towards its target markets and defined business areas.” |
