Mark Richardson
Head of Central Europe Pradera Management CR
Mark Richardson is the Head of Central Europe for Pradera based in Prague and a Luxembourg Manager of the Pradera Central & Eastern Fund. Mark has worked in commercial real estate for over 12 years both in the UK and for the past 8 years in Central Europe. Mark was responsible for establishing and setting up the Pradera offices and asset management platforms in both the Czech Republic and Poland. Mark has gained first class experience in all aspects of Pradera's business including the sourcing, acquisition and negotiation of new property investments, the asset management and development of our shopping centres as well as sourcing and negotiating third party bank debt. Before joining Pradera, Mark was the Head of Cushman & Wakefield's Capital Markets Group in Prague where he specialised and was responsible for advising a number of both Institution and private investors and developers on the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Prior to working for Cushman & Wakefield in Prague, Mark worked at Drivers Jones in London in the West-End Office Agency team assisting in the leasing of a number of clients office buildings including The Crown Estate, Benchmark and The Royal Bank of Scotland. Mark holds a Bachelor of Land Economy (BLE) honours degree from the University of Aberdeen and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
