Chris Sheils
Director, Czech Republic - Investment Services Colliers International
Chris initially began his career in Prague in 2000 before returning to the UK where he worked on a number of UK and European fund management mandates. From 2006 he was focused full-time on the successful investment programme for Rutley European Property Ltd, a London listed pan-European investment company of ca. €700 million under management, where Chris had specific responsibilities for acquisitions in the CEE region. He then rejoined Knight Frank - Prague in 2008 to head up its Investment team and was also responsible for the company’s RICS valuation services. Chris spent 3 years developing these business lines and his investment efforts came to fruition most notably at the end of 2010 when he advised Invesco on the successful sale of the Longin Business Centre, Prague 1. Chris is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
