Head of Treasury Europe and Debt Capital Markets Prologis Management
As the Head of Treasury Europe and Debt Capital Markets, Christian is responsible for the negotiation and structuring of secured and unsecured financings for Prologis and its joint venture partnerships in Europe. In addition, Christian is actively involved in arranging public debt capital market offerings as well as executing derivative hedging instruments on behalf of the company. He has extensive experience in development and mezzanine financing, single country portfolio and cross-border (pan-European) facility structuring and in structuring of mortgage loans for investors guided by the principles of Sharia. Prior to joining Prologis, Christian held management positions at Citigroup as Director and Head of RE Finance responsible CEE & Russia and previously Aareal Bank as Director RE Structured Finance, building a multi-cultural origination team, and originating debt facilities for hotels, shopping centers, offices, multi-family - residential with an emphasis on distribution centers in Europe, North America, Asia.
