Ryan has 7 years relevant experience working in the international real estate services industry in the CEE real estate market. With a background in Valuation and Agency Ryan stepped into the field of acquisitions and disposals. Ryan started his career at DTZ Czech Republic. Gaining experience in various departments including valuation, office agency and research. He continued his career within Quinlan Private Golub in Warsaw, Poland as part of the New Business Development team. Ryan returned to Prague in 2008 and joined DTZ as associate director in the Investment Agency department. Ryan has developed DTZ's market presence in Land and Property disposals, securing and executing a number of key instructions for international clients. Additionally Ryan has built upon DTZ's excellent acquisitions track record and continues to serve key institutional clients with strategic acquisitions advice.
